We develop multi-residential rental communities, townhomes, and commercial spaces that meet modern living and business needs. Every project is shaped by careful site selection, practical design, durable construction, and respect for its surroundings.

Our experience spans planning, construction oversight, ownership, and hands-on property management. We work with experienced consultants, contractors, and trades to create properties that fit their surroundings and serve their tenants well.

How a Penwick project gets built

Four stages, one team, and the same people accountable at the end as at the start.

  1. Development Management

    Taking a site from acquisition through zoning, design, and permitting to a project that is ready to build — carrying the risk ourselves rather than handing a client a set of drawings.

  2. Design-Build Delivery

    Design and construction run as one process under one team, so budget and buildability are settled while decisions are still cheap to change.

  3. Construction Management

    Running the site day to day: schedule, budget, inspections, and the subtrades who do the work. We coordinate the trades rather than compete with them.

  4. Handover to Property Management

    Every project ends where our management team picks it up — commissioning, warranty, and the first tenants. Because we keep our buildings, the punch list is our problem, not someone else's.
